Terms that keep WigMaster secure, fair and trusted.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between the person or business using WigMaster and the entity managing the WigMaster platform.

These terms apply to visitors, customers, vendors, service professionals, sellers, bidders, advertisers and other authorised platform participants.

Additional rules, product conditions, subscription details, auction terms, service requirements or campaign conditions displayed during a transaction also form part of the agreement.

Where additional transaction-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the more specific terms will apply to that transaction unless prohibited by applicable law.

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and completing transactions under applicable law.

A minor may use WigMaster only through a parent, guardian or legally authorised adult who accepts responsibility for the account and related transactions.

A person registering on behalf of a business confirms that they have authority to bind that business to these terms.

WigMaster may reject registration, restrict access or request additional verification where eligibility, identity, authority or account information cannot be reasonably confirmed.

WigMaster provides technology and administrative tools that connect customers with vendors, professionals, sellers, advertisers and other platform participants.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent vendors and service professionals are responsible for their own products, services, qualifications, representations, pricing, availability and fulfilment.

Verification, approval or listing on WigMaster does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint-venture status between WigMaster and an independent vendor.

WigMaster may moderate listings, process platform payments, facilitate communication, review complaints and enforce platform standards, but cannot guarantee every representation or action of an independent participant.

Service listings may include consultations, wig fitting, hair-system installation, maintenance, repair, styling, home services and related professional services.

A booking request is not confirmed until it reaches the required accepted or confirmed status within the platform.

Contact details may remain hidden until an appointment is accepted according to the platform’s privacy flow.

Vendors must honour confirmed services, disclosed prices and appointment details. Customers must provide reasonable access, accurate information and a safe service environment.

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment and refund conditions are governed by the booking details and the WigMaster Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Users must review the auction item, minimum bid, bid increments, closing time, payment deadline and fulfilment conditions before placing a bid.

A submitted bid may be binding and cannot normally be withdrawn merely because the bidder changes their mind.

The highest valid bid at the end of an auction may be declared the winning bid, subject to payment verification, auction rules and administrative review.

Winning bidders must complete payment within the specified period. Failure may result in cancellation, account restriction or allocation to another eligible bidder.

Vendors must not submit false bids, coordinate bid manipulation, use related accounts to increase prices or misrepresent an auction product.

Style AI provides technology-assisted visual recommendations based on user inputs, selected preferences and uploaded images.

Results are illustrative recommendations and do not guarantee an exact physical appearance, product match, fitting outcome or customer satisfaction.

Users must upload only images they own or are authorised to process. Uploading another person’s image without permission is prohibited.

Credits may be deducted when processing starts. Consumed credits are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Style AI results may expire after 24 hours according to platform rules. Users should save permitted results before expiration when required.

Advertisement campaigns require an eligible package, valid payment, content submission and administrative approval.

Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership and substantiation of all advertising claims, images, videos, links and promotional content.

WigMaster may reject, pause, remove or request changes to advertisements that are misleading, unlawful, offensive, unsafe, infringing or inconsistent with platform standards.

Purchasing an advertisement does not guarantee clicks, enquiries, sales, impressions beyond the stated package or any particular commercial result.

Active and completed advertising fees are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Vendor features may require an active paid subscription after successful verification and administrator approval.

Subscription features, duration, price and limits are displayed within the applicable plan before purchase.

Access may be restricted after expiration, failed renewal, chargeback, suspension or cancellation.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, subscription fees grant platform access only for the selected period and do not guarantee customers, revenue, rankings, leads or sales.

Subscription refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Users retain ownership of lawful content they upload but grant WigMaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, resize and use that content as reasonably required to operate and promote the platform.

Users confirm they own the uploaded content or have all permissions required to use it.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not include false statements, threats, private information, discriminatory content, promotional spam or unrelated material.

WigMaster may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights or platform standards.

Public product, vendor, auction and advertisement media may remain visible while the relevant listing is active.

WigMaster’s name, logo, platform design, software, graphics, interface, text, database structure and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Access to the platform does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit WigMaster technology or content.

Vendors retain ownership of their lawful trademarks and original business content while granting permissions needed to display and promote their listings through WigMaster.

Intellectual-property complaints should include ownership details, the affected content, its platform location and supporting evidence.

Information is collected, used, stored and protected according to the WigMaster Privacy Policy and applicable platform processes.

Users must not misuse contact, booking, delivery or business information obtained through WigMaster.

Contact details may be revealed between relevant parties only when reasonably required to fulfil an accepted booking, confirmed order or approved transaction.

WigMaster is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

WigMaster does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free content, exact delivery timing, vendor income, product suitability, service results, auction outcomes, advertising performance or Style AI accuracy.

Vendor approval indicates completion of the applicable platform review process and is not an unlimited guarantee of future conduct, service quality or product suitability.

Users should perform appropriate checks and seek qualified advice where a decision involves medical, financial, legal or other specialised concerns.

Third-party websites, payment gateways, map services and external links operate under their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WigMaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss arising from use of the platform.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings where such exclusion is legally permitted.

WigMaster is not responsible for loss caused by a user’s inaccurate information, insecure account handling, unlawful activity, failure to follow instructions or dealings completed outside approved platform processes.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law and the nature of the affected transaction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold WigMaster, DON Enterprise and their authorised personnel harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

WigMaster may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce platform rules, investigate complaints or comply with legal requirements.

Reasons may include fraud, payment disputes, false information, unsafe products, unresolved complaints, abusive behaviour, intellectual-property violations, expired subscriptions or security threats.

Immediate restriction may occur where continued access could create risk to users, funds, data or the platform.

Termination does not remove valid payment, delivery, refund, tax, dispute or legal obligations arising before termination.

Users may request account closure subject to transaction completion, lawful data retention and unresolved obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without restricting any mandatory right available to a user under applicable law.

Users should first contact WigMaster support and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve a dispute.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts having lawful jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.

If one provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

WigMaster may update these terms when platform functionality, business operations, payment processes or legal requirements change.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the platform, email or another appropriate method.

Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
